Senior Major & Individual Gifts Officer Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters (YBBBS) YBBBS is seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Major & Individual Gifts Officer to drive our fundraising efforts and strengthen donor relationships. This role will lead individual giving initiatives, including annual appeals, tax credit campaigns, donor stewardship, and our Big Impact Society—a program designed to engage and grow major donors. This position can sit in either our Prescott or Cottonwood, AZ office. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Donor Engagement Develop and execute strategies for annual, major, and planned giving campaigns.
