Managers are fair but largely hands-off. It’s a small change that has a big impact on productivity and reduces stress. We know what the company's goals are and how our performance contributes to our potential bonus. I can approach any member of the leadership team with ideas or concerns. Communication was professional though sometimes we expect more than we'd prefer.
