Job Summary: The Burn Injury Prevention and Outreach Coordinator will work to reduce the burden of injury of diverse populations utilizing evidence-informed programming. The Burn Injury Prevention and Outreach Coordinator will prioritizes injury prevention work based on trends identified in the burn registry and local epidemiological data, while building partnerships with community organizations supporting injury prevention efforts. The Burn Injury Prevention and Outreach Coordinator will also raise the burn center's visibility through engaging media outreach and community burn education, and will fosters collaborative working relationships within the community for ongoing fire and burn prevention and education.
