The work environment is fast-paced but respectful. there is flexibility in scheduling, and advancement depends largely on who you know. Leadership is competent and the job gets done, but there's little recognition for extra effort. We build big projects that make a difference, and I’m proud of what I do here.

Safety protocols are rigorous, and management listens to employee feedback. There's a genuine culture of looking out for one another here, especially when it comes to safety on the construction site.
