As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have proven experience in housekeeping. You must also speak fluent English and live near the property to ensure timely attendance and availability. Key Responsibilities: Apartment Cleaning: Clean and maintain Outside Grounds of the apartment Community, including dumpster areas, breezeways and common areas. Trash Outs: Complete vacant unit clean outs taking out all left behind belongings and trash so the proper vendors can follow and do the remaining work. Attention to Detail: Ensure all apartments are cleaned to the highest standards, including sanitizing surfaces, changing bed linens, making beds, dusting, and vacuuming. Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report
