This role is pivotal in standardizing our approach to testing, automation, test data management, and governance. What you will do? Responsible to meet Supplier Quality Metric (PPM’s) through effective corrective actions related defective raw material from External Suppliers using SMRR’s on IRIS System. Certify Key Suppliers to reduce Inspection time and assure the quality on the source if required take the lead for onsite audit. Responsible to expedite defective raw material on Hold Location. Coordinate Supplier Quality reviews with Corporate Supplier Quality Chain on main Suppliers affecting Metric. Participate and Commitment to Quality: Responsible to assure Supplier Quality that meet Johnson Controls Spec / Drawings Requirements and Quality Standards are followed on part / component level.
