Description The Painter role within Real Estate Operations will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of buildings, structures, and other surfaces. In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders throughout Citizens portfolio within an assigned geography area of locations. Primary responsibilities include: + Painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and other items + Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc. + Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc. + Filling cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g., plaster) + Mixing paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture + Applying varnish and other finishes + Completing work order correctly with minimal call backs + Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers + M
