Job Description Job Description Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for additional fully licensed or provisionally licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or LADC) clinicians to provide counseling and psychotherapy in our Clinic and private practice groups. Clinicians are required to be able to complete accurate clinical notes and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Records (EHR). Clinicians must adhere to all CT laws and ethical codes for their profession. *REQUIREMENTS: Must be fully or provisionally licensed in good standing in CT as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A. *TYPE: Fee For Service (FFS) position.
