BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Vice President is responsible for managing all branch office operations including sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration. The Vice President has full Profit and loss responsibility for all facets of their location. Job Description: The Regional Vice President is a management position with accountability to plan, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing and resident relations of the property, while maintaining the owner's investment.
