As the Production Chemist in our Bio-Rad Fort Worth, TX site, you will be responsible for bulk formulating products of high complexity including custom recipes in accordance with approved written procedures and policies. You will participate in the training and development of new products and participate in/lead continuous improvement projects. You will troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform/lead Root Cause Investigations. You will provide Quality Notifications and implement Corrective Actions. How You'll Make An Impact: Assignments and projects are diversified. Ability to multi-task. Required to work independently. Training on procedures for manufacturing processes. Improve processes to reduce costs and improve yields. What You Bring: 8+ years working in a general manufacturing environment formulating products in the areas of biological sciences, life sciences, or an equivalent. Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred. Lead chemist experience preferred.
