Overview: The Therapeutic Foster Care Oregon program (TFCO) is an evidence-based program that is an alternative to congregate care for youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems, with three models tailored to children ages 7-11 (TFCO-C) and ages 12-17 (TFCO-A). The Team Lead (also termed "Program Supervisor" within the TFCO model) is responsible for coordinating all aspects of behavioral treatment for approximately 10 youth placed in treatment foster care homes in the area.
