This is an opportunity to join two other family medicine physicians, one of which who does obstetrics, in a small community in western Iowa. The position pays a competitive salary and offers production incentives as well as a stipend for nurse practitioner and physician assistant supervision. The doctors work a 4.5 day work week. See approximately 25 patients a day. Depending on experience, the salary will be between $195,000-$220,000. Receive a signing bonus of $25,000-$50,000. There is also up to $25,000 available to help with relocation costs. Supervision of the advanced care providers amounts to an additional $35,000 a year. Office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday with each doctor taking a half day each week. Family medicine physicians who do obstetrics do not preform c-sections. Residents can earn a stipend between $1,500-$2,000 while they complete their training. Call will be 1:6 with the initial call going through a nurse call center. The office uses and Epic EMR system.
