Summary Of Driver Recruiter Manager Responsibilities: The Driver Recruiter Manager will be responsible to actively search for and recruit oversize/overweight specialized and Cryogenic, hazmat, industrial gases CDL drivers. Obtain all required information, including but not limited to, home time requirements, experience, CDL license endorsements and Canadian eligibility to review with team to determine pay rate offering for candidates. Monitors and encourages compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations through auditing of required documentation submitted by drivers.
