Balanced Air, Inc. was founded by Gary Shari 25 years ago this year. He still owns and operates the company on a day to day basis and often times you'll find him in the field performing service calls or supervising various other projects. Gary has been in the heating and cooling business since 1973! He began in the HVAC business when he attended the "General Electric Air Conditioning Technical School" while in the U.S. Army. After leaving the United States military, he attended the "Associated Builders & Contractors Apprenticeship School" (in South Florida) for 4 years. While still in South Florida, he worked for 2 different air conditioning companies, Air Conditioning Enterprises, Inc. and Hollywood Air Conditioning, Inc. After receiving his "Florida Class A" air conditioning license in 1986, he moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 1987. Gary worked for VF Air, Inc. and also worked as a mechanical building inspector in Pasco County for 2.5 years. Gary started his own business, Balanced Air, Inc., and since then has been offering families and businesses the services they need when they need it! Balanced Air, Inc. has grown in the past 15 to 20 years, has gained much appreciation, and widespread reputation, in Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pinellas counties!
