Essential Duties: Supervises a team of Plumber journeyman, contractors, and apprentices to ensure completion of work orders in timely manner and ensures all city codes, OSHA, IPC, and IBC regulations have been followed. Performs general plumbing work including installation, repair, and preventative maintenance. Oversees the repairs, replacements and installations of any plumbing issues within the district. Performs, plans and lays out work, develop cost estimates, and identify/order required materials. Assists team on plumbing task to complete work orders, follows maintenance schedules, log work accomplished and interact with building based personnel to determine problems and locations of repairs.
