However, there’s little cross-functional collaboration, which can make things feel siloed and monotonous. It’s a good place to work, though not without minor challenges. Management showed faith in my abilities and provided the support I needed to succeed. The life insurance and disability coverage provide a great safety net. There’s a culture of trust, and I never feel guilty for needing to attend to personal matters. Training is standardized and somewhat basic. Everyone’s voice is heard. Excellent leadership and work-life balance. While the environment is respectful, it’s not particularly engaging or dynamic. Benefits are okay, not the best. What really stands out is how employee feedback is actively sought and implemented. It’s a refreshing and motivating environment to be a part of every day.
