Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Homesharing, the Host Home Program Coordinator leads efforts to build the home provider population for all Homesharing Programs: traditional (shared living opportunities in Baltimore city and county ages 25 and up), Journey of Hope (program for youth ages 18-24 who are housing insecure), and 180 Homeshare (program for individuals returning to the community from incarceration). The Host Home Program Coordinator identifies, screens, and trains community members who volunteer to host individuals who are in dire need of housing, for which hosts receive a stipend, or monthly rent and ongoing support from the Host Home Program Coordinator.
