The Brigham Center offers one of the finest and busiest swimming programs in the county, including all levels of Red Cross lifeguard training and instruction. There are recreational swims, open to all family members, a special Tiny Tot program for parents and very young children, and therapeutic swimming for children and adults with various injuries and disabilities.
