This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining strong supplier and carrier relationships. The specialist will work closely with Product Development, Planning and Sales teams to streamline inbound logistics processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: New Product Introductions & Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Product Development team to onboard new products, including assigning codes, maintaining files, and managing initial sample orders. Enter and process company purchase orders (POs), communicate with vendors, and post to internal systems. Maintain vendor and factory records, ensuring accurate documentation.
