About the Job: The Outpatient Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Clinician provides nursing care based on the standards of nursing practice, utilizing nursing assessments, development and implementation of plans for care and evaluation of the nursing intervention. RN works under the direct supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health and indirect supervision of psychiatry. The RN also works within the scope of the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act. Job Duties: Performs telephone triage and implements interventions promptly and accurately. Assesses patients and consults medical provider with findings. Collaborates with physicians and other care providers in developing and implementing patient treatment plans and interventions.
