The Director leads the organization’s financial reporting review and analysis of program performance, and ensures the Association meets all Federal funding reporting requirements. The Director’s role is both strategic and tactical. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Financial Reporting, Staff Development, Monitoring of Internal Controls (approximately 40% of effort): Supervises two Accounting Managers and Accounts Payable Coordinator. Maintains direct reporting relationships with two contractors. Directs day to day accounting function and monthly closing process including preparation and analysis of financial statements, charts, graphs, and the financial reporting package for Board and senior management.
