ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintains the construction and engineering budgets for assigned funds in the Authority's Project Accounting System. 2. Coordinates with PDCA/other departments to gather data and understanding of capital project budgets and timing. 3. Creates and maintains cash flow statements to ensure liquidity to fund weekly check disbursements, payroll, capital projects, and debt service. 4. Uploads Positive Pay, ACHs and Wires. 5.
