POSITION SUMMARY As a Mission Critical General Superintendent you will be responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and supervise personnel as well as activities concerned with installation and maintenance of electrical systems and components of multiple projects. The General Superintendent will work with Project Managers, Field Operation Managers, Safety, BIM, Pre-Fabrication, QA/QC departments to ensure Adams Electric standards and processes are being fulfilled on each project. General Superintendent will help Field Operation Manager to evaluate temporary employees for status with company (Associate vs temporary). Supervise and direct the electrical work in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and coordinate with other trades, to ensure compliance with the overall project schedule and contract documents of multiple projects.
