Project Management Manage and assist Communication Program Managers (CPM) in the management of project timelines associated with mission-critical, cross-departmental projects, events, and initiatives. The size, scope, and content of the projects may vary, and being able to handle the demands of several complex projects simultaneously is critical. Coordinate the work of team members including writers, graphic artists, advertising and public relations professionals, and web developers/ designers. Assist in the critical flow of communication between all key players, including internal partners, communications resources, and management. Support the CPMs in the timely completion of assigned communications projects, tasks, and deliverables. Work with internal partners or appointed CPM to prioritize work requests, establish project requirements, milestone criteria, task dependencies, and create project schedules to effectively coordinate multiple, simultaneous projects.
