Manage and direct quality engineers, ensuring clear and timely communication with customers. Address and resolve customer quality issues, review trends, track root causes, and coordinate corrective actions. Troubleshoot on-site quality issues and conduct proactive quality visits. Prepare monthly quality reports and initiate 8D’s for manufacturing follow-up. Communicate customer requirements internally, advocate for quality processes, and drive continual improvement.
