The Goodman Group is seeking a Full-time Regional Healthcare Recruiter to join their recruitment team! The Regional Recruiter reports to the National Director of Recruitment and serves as the primary contact for all recruitment needs within our senior living communities along with west coast of FL (facilities located in Naples, Clearwater, Largo, Spring Hill); to manage all recruitment functions to fulfill clinical needs, while offering secondary support for any non-clinical needs. This position requires the recruiter to travel to the facilities assigned to them at least monthly, while offering the flexibility to work out of a home office & on-site at the communities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of full-cycle clinical recruitment experience specifically focused on CNAs, Caregivers, Medication Aides, LPNs, RNs, and RRTs. Must have a consistent drive to identify & engage with talent, and excellent time management skills. This role plays an integral part in the success

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
