Job Description Job Description Sierra Towers Condominium Association is looking for a security guard to work in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional customer service to its residents while enforcing HOA rules in a courteous and professional manner. Security guards operate under observe and report guidelines and should be well versed in de-escalation tactics as they will be expected to protect property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by controlling entry to the residential property. Sierra Towers security guards will be asked to work both in two-man teams and individually however will always be asked to assist and work alongside additional Sierra Towers staff. Standard duties include but will not be limited to monitoring video surveillance systems, walking patrols, covering both front door and desk, and learning various mechanical systems within the building to help avert mechanical failures.
