We continue to provide invaluable services to those experiencing homelessness during this difficult time. Our Concord Homeless Resource Center is open Monday through Friday from 9AM-12PM, outside under a large event tent. Our Winter Shelter will open in December in the safest way possible given the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Housing First Concord program supports 15 individuals who have exited homelessness with on-going Case Management services. Our Green Street Apartments will be ready for occupancy in November of 2020, giving four individuals exiting homelessness their own apartment to call home. These people will also receive support through our Case Management team.
