Not a bad place to work, especially for those starting out, but there are areas that could be improved. Company culture promotes respect and accountability. They invest in training and encourage us to take on new responsibilities, fostering a culture where growth is actively supported. Scheduling is tight and sometimes unrealistic. This supportive social environment is a big part of why I enjoy coming to work on our construction sites each day now.
