POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative (CSR) receives, processes and monitors customer sales orders. The CSR provides product and support information for customers for all product offerings. This role will also monitor sales order status, review and balance inventory levels, and interface with sales managers, operations departments, and carriers to ensure accurate and timely processing and fulfillment of sales orders.
