Job Description Job Description The Volunteer Coordinator helps to carry out the agencies mission by supporting patients and families through the organization of volunteer services. The Volunteer Coordinator assists in the development of the volunteer program and is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all volunteer activities for Bella Care location in which they work. Responsibilities and Duties Volunteer Coordinator Specific Job Duties Develops and maintains volunteer recruitment, training and orientation program Assigns, supervises and evaluates all volunteers in a timely manner.
