Overview: The Design Specialist ensures the successful execution of Pollo Campero’s restaurant openings and remodels by developing feasibility sketches, test fits, sightline renderings, and reviewing construction drawings. This role adapts prototype designs for various site conditions, enhances workflow efficiency through repeatable models, and maintains brand consistency.
