Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. The Hampton Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport is now hiring a bartender to work 4-5 nights per week. We are a smaller lobby lounge offering a full bar Monday - Friday. It will be necessary to help build our client and guest covers. You will average $50-$100 in tips per shift. Varies by day of the week.
