Before opening Defined, David was a multi-sport athlete and played basketball, volleyball and rugby. Through team sports, he found his passion for coaching. While working at a Martial Arts Gym, David was introduced to CrossFit. Having trained with mentor and friend, Ed Coan, David currently holds five national lifting records. With over a decade of coaching experience, his greatest passion is helping athletes improve their athletic potential by building a strong foundation.
