Job Description Job Description We are in need of a Patient Service Representative (Receptionist) Bilingual Spanish a plus. We have two offices: Illinois Masonic Medical Center, 3000 N. Halsted St. 60657 & Swedish Covenant Hospital located at 5140 N. California Ave. 60625. The part time possibly/full time position requires the individual to be available during the evening (4:00PM – 8:00PM) and on Saturdays. Starting rate: $14.00-$18.00 depending on qualifications. Generous benefit package including health insurance is available and 401K. Rate will increase after conclusion of training period.
