We worked with several different team members across engagements. The work itself is steady but lacks variety. The culture is open and inclusive, which creates a strong sense of team and belonging. Employees are empowered to share ideas, and many suggestions are actually implemented. Still, the team is respectful, and the expectations are clearly communicated.

My first week included a comprehensive orientation, assigned mentor, and gradual ramp-up of responsibilities. Base salaries are competitive, and the bonus structure rewards both individual and company performance. Managers are generally supportive, though some departments lack proactive leadership. Impressive for such a large organization. However, expectations are clear and deadlines are usually reasonable. The company also prioritizes diversity, mental health, and employee well-being. The clear vision from the top makes it easy to understand how my individual contributions impact the company's overall success.
