This requires breading the chicken, placing it in the fryer and moving it to the holding equipment once cooking is completed. Additionally, the cleaning of the kitchen equipment is a Cook's responsibility. Cooks assist other team members in other kitchen food preparation and cleaning duties as they are called on. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR GREATER.
