They are looking to grow their team with a Senior Superintendent within their Dallas office to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. The project superintendent is responsible for all field activities on a project and reports directly to the project manager and is onsite full-time. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Provide full day-to-day supervision on site, coordinating all work of subcontractor’s and own teams. Creates and monitors the project CPM schedule and uses the schedule as a tool to manage the project. Determines the sequencing of work activities and manages subcontractors to follow the sequence.
