In the mid 80's, DTAC was one of the first to supply air conditioning to the Timber Industry. During this time DTAC began "Revolutionizing the Heavy Equipment A/C Industry." By 1994, DTAC started designing and manufacturing heat/cool systems to control the quality our customers demanded. Five years later, further expansion and the purchase of the sheet metal fabrication facility allowed for continued control, quality and the increased ability for development. In 2000, DTAC made the strategic decision to shift from an aftermarket only supplier to selling direct to O.E.M. and cab manufacturers. This transition marked the beginning of rapid growth for DTAC in both sales and market share that still continues today. In 2010, DTAC celebrated another significant milestone when it established its first international distributor in India. DTAC's reputation continues to grow in the international market as our products are integrated into O.E.M. machines and shipped worldwide. We currently manufacture over 100 different models of heat/cool systems for the off-road, heavy truck and heavy equipment industry. Our most important characteristic however is our faith-based commitment. Our founder, Wayne Davis, dedicated DTAC to the Lord Jesus with Proverbs 3:5-6 being the cornerstone of our business, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight".
