Position Title: Penetration Tester (Pen Tester) Location: Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN (Hybrid - 3 Days/ Week) Duration: 6 - 9 Months (Contract to Hire) Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Perform penetration testing on web applications and APIs (REST, SOAP). Utilize tools like POSTMAN for API testing. Conduct manual testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses. Perform security testing on network infrastructure, web applications, and mobile applications (mobile experience is a nice-to-have). Work collaboratively with teams to ensure effective vulnerability management and mitigation. Required Skills and Experience: 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, specifically in web applications and APIs. Strong knowledge of web app penetration testing, including REST and SOAP APIs. Expertise in manual testing techniques. Proficiency with tools like POSTMAN for API testing. Familiarity with the basics of .NET/JAVA, though no advanced programming skills are required.
