Summary This position provides administrative support to Southern Minnesota Financial Advisors. This role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The incumbent supports the daily operations and marketing activities of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, meeting/greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator reports to and is employed by Southern Minnesota Financial Advisors. This position is $18/hr. Must be open to nights and weekends for events. Some travel required to Blue Earth and within 30 minutes of Fairmont. No benefits provided in this position. This position has an immediate growth track to obtain Minnesota Life, Health, and Annuity licensure in the first sixty days. Benefit includes: 2 weeks
