Job Description Job Description Kelly Services is seeking a Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Processor for a temporary 2–3-month project for the largest steel manufacturing company in Lexington, NC. Responsibilities: Process 500+ invoices per week accurately and efficiently Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, and receipt) Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and processed for payment Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Respond to vendor inquiries and manage relationships 1-3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience Experience processing high-volume invoices (500+ per week) Proficiency in Oracle a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance a plus Schedule: Monday
