Position Overview: Golden Care Therapy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BCBA Recruiter to lead our efforts in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The ideal candidate is fluent in ABA, has some administrative background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping clinicians succeed from day one. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Interviewing: Manage full-cycle recruitment for BCBAs, including crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of BCBA candidates through active outreach and relationship-building. Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to understand staffing needs, regional demands, and candidate qualifications.
