Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive assessment during the first three months to capture the current state ("AS-IS") across business, operations, and IT. Identify all functionalities supported by the existing platform to establish a complete project scope. Collaborate with the vendor to develop a project plan. Facilitate and manage meetings with various business units to gather and document requirements. Define high-level solution approaches to address identified needs. Perform GAP analysis in collaboration with Finastra Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment.
