GENERAL SUMMARY: The Paralegal will work directly with our General Counsel, outside legal counsel, and other OrthoPediatrics’ departments to prepare documents, assist in fact-finding projects and be responsible for developing and maintaining a system for relevant contracts, documents and other legal files. Position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication and organizational skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide support to the Company’s General Counsel on legal issues including but not limited to business transactions, intellectual property, litigation matters, and acquisitions. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
