The Accounts Payable (AP) Manager will supervise a staff of 2-3 AP Specialists and oversee all aspects of the accounts payable functions ensuring all payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, managing and overseeing all accounts payable related activities to include invoice receipt and processing, payment processing/disbursements, vendor management, using a large ERP system and the annual processing of 1099’s. This is a full time hybrid role that will need to visit our DC office up to 3 times a month.
