We are seeking a Senior Analyst, QC for a state-of-the-art facility for commercial-scale, sterile manufacturing of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. The primary focus of this role is QC testing for same-day batch release, ensuring high standards for quality, efficiency, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Setup Phase: Complete training in SOPs, radiation/industrial safety, and QC methods. Assist with equipment installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and tech transfer. Draft/review SOPs, validation protocols, and related documents. Implement and validate QC methods for production readiness. Production Phase: Primary Focus: Perform QC testing for batch release within hours of production. Maintain compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (FDA, NRC, OSHA, EPA). Ensure instruments are calibrated and raw materials are suitable for use. Conduct QC testing: Chemistry (raw materials, APIs, finished products), Microbial testing (sterility, endotoxin, environmental monitoring).
