Responsibilities: Welcome all customers, set expectations with customers Ability to style clients with frames, based on their personal style, and fit them for appropriate lens based on their current needs and occupation Take & record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensure finished eyewear meets standards & customer needs Adjust frames and perform small repairs Meet sales goals, delivered by business director Perform consistent, detailed operations including paperwork and overall organized work flow Educate patients on corrective lens options and assist customers in choosing eyewear Submit orders for the optical Submit to vision insurances (a general understanding of insurance benefits is a plus!)
