The position of Pizza Maker is important to the success of Fantasy Island Amusement Park (FIAP) Food and Beverage department and will be responsible for producing the highest quality food within the Park Pizza Location. This position is responsible for maintaining efficiency, cleanliness and organization within the food preparation process; ensuring the highest quality of product and service including guest interactions and presentation of all product and displays. This is a Year round position that is expected to work 40-55 hours a week May through August and 30-35 hours a week September through April. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inventory Controls: responsible for helping organize, and maintain accurate inventory counts on all supplies, food, dry goods, and equipment.
