Anesthesia staffing has really been our forte since 1969. We have a number of recruiters who have been with us for decades and have significant experience. Behind the scenes a myriad of preparatory details have already occurred long before we receive that urgent call from a facility. Having received many "panic" calls from facilities to provide Locum coverage ASAP we are in a constant ready standby basis for just that emergency staffing call. These real life experiences have allowed us to gain knowledge and experience to deliver help with very short notice. An essential ingredient in our action plan includes close daily communications with both Client and Locum throughout the entire staffing process to handle all logistical details. Our personally assigned Placement Coordinator submits the qualified Locum to the Client for approval after carefully matching the skills to the facilities requirements. Time frames can be for one day, several days, weeks or even months. Nationwide locum placements are either short or long term. We provide permanent placements as well. On a daily basis we receive a number of fresh anesthesia professionals seeking new practice positions. With these qualified candidates, we are capable of putting matches together quite quickly for our clients. We carefully screen our anesthesia professionals before we submit them as a candidate to an assignment. Confidentiality is always foremost when working with our locum and client.
